Acceptance will be based on quality, originality, relevance, and technical contribution to the conference themes.
Only accepted and presented papers will be included in the ISBN conference proceedings.
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished full-length research papers..
Manuscripts must be prepared according to the IEEE conference paper format (for formatting purposes only) as provided on the website.

Upon acceptance of the paper, authors are required to sign the Copyright Declaration Form confirming originality and granting permission to include the paper in the ISBN conference proceedings.
The publisher reserves the right to exclude papers that do not meet its scientific and ethical standards.
At least one author must register and present the paper at the conference. Papers not presented will be excluded from the final ISBN conference proceedings.
